Yes, he *suggested* that. And I agree, it would be great.
Real life example: I wrote a prog (which pays for my living) and sell it to customers. Now they all like it when I add a major new feature, because it helps them do something else. But the times that I get phone calls telling me how great my SW is, and how good the service, is when I polished the UI a bit. (I take time out for that now and then). Usually it just saves the user a few clicks or makes some typical user errors easier to avoid, but those are the changes they really like.

Don't underestimate the details, they matter a lot more than you think.

the QoL of my gaming is quite good. nothing to see here.
