Log out and log back in and it should show up.
Also keep in mind that if you had any "Remove Only" tabs, one of those would have been converted to the new premium tab. | |

Thanks for your support! I can see that you have succesfully made this purchase. You may need to log out of the game and back again to view this. If you had remove only tabs on your account prior to making this purchase then what will have happened is that your remove only tab will have converted to a fully functional tab.
