Out of curiosity, why HS+splash over GS, which also has stun reduction and doesn't blow a link converting to AoE?

As far as your tree goes, it's 118 points which means the first thing you need to do is cut about 20 points out. You're also at basically the absolute bare minimum on life even with all those points, and I'm not a huge fan of crossing half the damn tree for RT, presumably plus grace. It'll work but its not that hard to hit 10k armor with Determination either and that's fine for trash, while armor sucks against heavy hitters anyway.

Ground Slam: 0.8 damage efficiency
HS + MS: 1.5 * 0.86 = 1.29 damage efficiency (main target)

You need a "61% more damage" (1.29 / 0.8 = 1.61) multiplier on your Ground Slam to get to the same DpS, which is only possible with Concentrated effect, reducing your AoE by quite a bit.
Also Splash adds up to 57% "increased damage", conc effect does not.
So he would have quite a headstart on Groundslam.

If he so desires, there's no reason not to use HS+MS.

Kill some nodes, you'll probably never get to spend 118 skillpoints.

This is a Lvl 86 tree with 2 bandits chosen.

Iron Reflexes is not worth 7 skillpoints.
Smaller nodes have to be sacrificed.
Resists should be covered with gear.
