Total fire res = 75% (normal maxed) + 3% (Purity lvl 17) +8% (RotP) +1% (passive tree) = 87%

RF degen is 90% of your HP but you resist 87% of this damage. Degen is 13% of 90% of HP = 11.7% of hp. You have total 7,5% regen.

What to do?
First, you ill need lvl 20 purity of fire to get 4% max fire res. New degem ill be 10.3% of HP.
Second, take all regem nodes of skill tree (total 11.1% regen), like this update of your tree:

Righteous fire got nerfed hard in the last patch. It is still playable, but certainly much less accessible to the average player. Ideally you want + aura effect nodes and at least a lvl 20 purity of fire. (preferably lvl 23) Also take as much life regen from passives as you can. As previously stated however you do not have the min regen / resist to run rf at the mooment.

Hi, i have perhaps a solution for your problem, with one or two unique items:

-first one: a ring calles "Voideye" with one socket,which adds 5levels to the gem placed in this ring. I use it to boost the purity of fire gem from 3% to 5%.

-second one: shoes called "Blood dance", which give interstings bonus as for example 1% life regen/frenzy charge, and you get chances to win a frenzy charge when you kill a monster.

I don't think they're expensive :)

Voideye is legacy, and he is playing in Beyond League. So while this is an interesting idea, it is also one that doesn't help him. ;)

Just calc ur regen vs ur firedmg.

Your are just missing regen nodes in the passive + missing max res and regen from auras taht are not max level yet. Spec Arsonist, Combat Stamina, Quick Recovery or some 0.4% @ the scion wheel. So u can sustain rf till ur auras are maxed.
