Atziri build, need some feedback please

I am trying to make a dedicated Atziri farmer but I am stack on to were I put my last skill points.

Currently level 84. Not planning to take the character pass level 85.

Skill tree so far (with 9 points unused)

Lightning and Fire res auras.

With stone of lazhwar, rainbowstriders, lioneye remorse I have

5.7k health, 358 life regen, 75 block, 53 spell block, 15.3k dps with infernal blow.

With saffels frame and rare boots/amulet

5.7k health, 359 life regen, 0 block, 75 spell block, 20k dps with infernal blow.

Maybe switch from IB to Cyclone?

Do I go for more health nodes? More life regen? Skill duration? More DPS?

What would be the best use of this skill points to make the build stronger vs Atziri?
