Stuck in Piety's spikes

Was trying to follow Piety in Prisoner's Gate, and, after resyncing, I turned out to stand in the middle of spikes

old problem which was solved in a way that the area below the spikes had high invisible burning damage so you slowly die. that somehow didn't work out in your case so just consider you being lucky and log out :)
