Unable to use any orbs

I have recently(maybe lasest patch) been unable to apply any orb on any items.
i also cannot use scrolls of wisdom exept sometimes during instance but never in town. The portal scrolls seems to work just fine.

For now i ask my friends to do whatever i need by trading with them and let them do the thing i need.
