Advise on Scyon Power syphon, CaC build

Hello, i was reading some guides (i am still newbie). And decided to plan my next characters tree.
I want to Build Scion, CoC with power syphon. preferable physical wand (for leeching and i found one nice wand with great stats and increased spell dmg and crit and cast speed(over 100% phys) is waiting for my scion to reach decent level in a stash)

As i am new i am gearing on a way. This build doesn't require lots of points and i am thinking all fun should start between level 50-60.

What you think about my plan, maybe some suggestions? maybe i forgot something? Maybe its completely wrong? :) I think big plus is 36 leftover points (at that point i really will see whats missing and can change direction and add skills which i will feel i need.
