WTB gg ek witch gear

I have a fairly decent ethereal knives witch. She's level 62 and does around 3.4k dps and 500 dps with ek totem+chain. This is her gear:

So basically what I'm looking for is my complete end game set up. The wand and shield are failry decent.. so not looking for too much there. Mostly just my awful armor and jewlery. Spell damage, life, armor, es, cast speed, etc is what im looking for. ES isnt too big a deal, but i have eldritch battery so it helps.

nice hp and leech life, mana, and faster casting, no spell damage though, bit its up to u, 1gcp
