Zana Turbo Mod IIQ Issue

The turbo mod doesnt have an iiq bonnus- Zanas turbo mod map quests have exactly the same iiq as an identical map would without it.

If this isnt a bug, its quite the oversight considering the huge risk increase turbo brings, and that the fleet mod gives 25% iiq for roughly half the monster speed increase.
