Dungeon Brutus Character Catch

I as in a LvL 73 Dungeon Zana Daily earlier today, and after I killed the boss my character became stuck in place and in the running animation.

I couldn't Move, or cast any skills. But, I could switch weapon slots.
The only thing I could do was relog into my chracter. All the items I had in my inventory at the time were there and accounted for.

It wasn't a problem with my internet, it was fine at the time. Sorry for not having my netgraph in the screenshot.

What I think happened is that I was hit by a skeleton cage as soon as I culled Brutus, and when he died it got my character caught in it or something when it despawned.

I did use the /bug command and it said my number was '1380864085'.
