dual totem and still use desecrate?

Hey,

I'm a summoner, and I have raise skeleton on one totem. ... can I get the dual totem passive and still be able to use desecrated ground to do flesh offering??? I don't want to waste the regrets I don't have if it doesn't work :/

My second totem would be something like incinerate for cull... I just don't know if I can still do desecrate to raise spectre and zombie and do flesh offering. ..

Anyone with any knowledge on this?

I play a dual flametotem build. Didn't check desecrate yet, but lightning warp works. I guess it does no damage, didn't check, but the teleport part works. Thats all what i want from it. So desecrate would probably summon corpses but do no damage. Maybe the desecrate works as a minion itself and still do damage? Not sure.
