Zana Map Portals Disappears

When I was doing the daily mission for Zana, I used a portal to go back to my hideout. When I went back to Zana to go back in the map the portals disappeared. I Relogged but nothing changes and I also can't dismiss her.

Ok, she went back to normal after awhile.

After i finished Zana's daily mission "get the map item" i went back to Zana's portal room and back to my hideout to sell gear without talking to zana for the reward. When entering my hideout the portal to Zana's portal room disappeared, leaving me not able to collect the quest reward.

EDIT: Waiting and relogging didn't help. Daily Mission is red since then. Maybe both completing the quest and taking the reward should cause the portal to disappear.
