Instance crashing due to errors.

I had gone halfway through a mountain ledge map, beat the boss, and found Zana, the Cartographer. I had a full inventory, so I decided to leave the map to make room for more loot. I sell to Zana in the Lab (she's not level 3 yet, so I don't have her in my hideout) then I leave to the Act 3 Merciless town to sell a chaos recipe. I go back to the lab then try to rejoin the map and the game crashes. I try the pack check, try to join again, same thing. Pack check, then restart my pc just to make sure, same result. I had two portals left, invited a buddy and he made it in fine, but I had the same issue and couldn't rejoin the map.
