Support gem: Non-Lethal

On hitting, supported skills cannot reduce enemies below X% life.

This would have several uses:
- Vorici missions
- setting enemies up for a finishing move that has Increased Rarity (or a killing blow by an MF specialist in your party)
- setting enemies up for a massive overkill (Herald of Ash)
- letting your minions get Charges from killing things (Warlord's/Poacher's/Assassin's Mark)
...

The first thing the developers would think looking at this is: Ok, how can this be abused? Farming charges sounds abusive, because the die-off factor is a limit to charge accumulation as well as cast on hit/crit--it would make discharge builds crazy. It would also be a cheat for the Vorici-keep at low life mission. Otherwise it sounds like a cool gem.

Maybe supported skills deal no damage, or 1 damage. Even that might be OP.

This idea is very good.
How should it interact with Culling Strike?
