Can't log on 1 specific character . HELP

Ok so here's in details:

Character name: Mcburnyouface_qc
League : Rampage

What happened : I clicked "create a hideout" from a master in town (while having a completely built hideout already) and it crashed in the loading screen.since then unable to relog onto this character,so i decided to log on another one(Same league) and it worked.So now its been 30min that im trying to log on Mcburnyouface_qc and still does not work.I also succesfully logged into different other characters many time during the past 30min.

I also ran a Packcheck on the game,solved nothing
Restarting computer did not fix the issue either
