MF build suggestions?

What are some good, hopefully cheap (no andvarius) MF builds you guys can recommend me for Piety/dom farming?
Kinda sick of being meh in currency/uniques/items, maps aren't doing much for me in drops, and can't progress to higher maps easily without better gear(74+) -[2.0] Tokyo's CoC Hybrid Damage Frostblader ---> view-thread/1401907

I would suggest dual totem or summoner built.
