Ideas on Regen Marauder

First the link, then the explanation/need for help.

Explanation:

1. I want to use Detonate Dead
2. I want to have modifiers to help it's Fire Damage component
3. I want to life leech using Warlord's Mark
4. I want use Blood Magic so I don't have to supplement a separate resource
5. I want to use life regen to help with the above
6. I want to use 2-handers (maces)
7. I want slightly more defense than offense

I know, I'm sorry it is a ton of wants. And I'll certainly change it through constructive criticism if you can help me!

Help:

-Are the passives too spread out?
-If I skip anything crit related, I might assume this will keep Detonate Dead from critting? Seems to be some confusion on what does and doesn't effect that skill.
-Should I take more/less Armor/Max Life nodes?
-Should I scrap Blood Magic?
-More Dex/Int needed for sure
-Only 66 points used! >.<

These are the types of questions that I hope will lead to some amazing help with my limited knowledge. I did try to research other builds and keep some of the passives that worked well together, but I'm thinking this build could either be extremely horrible, or possibly, maybe, viable. Thoughts? Thanks in advanced!
