Why no Herald of Thunder?

Herald of Ice is a straight damage buff for any build that focuses on cold damage. Any cold build will run it. On top of this cold spells got the biggest boost last patch.

Herald of Ash is actually more physical then fire orientated, giving a nice boost to physical attack builds that already used an added fire damage gem and maybe some ways to reduce enemy fire resistance or boost burning damage.

But what about the lightning element? Where is our Herald of Thunder?

And on a side node: Herald of Decay? And what about those who use fireball, firestorm, flame surge,... ?

Was it intended that only 2 types of builds got this Herald boost or will there be a Herald for every build after some more patches?

It seems to me that only two Heralds is a bit weird as a "themed" skill, I expect more of them to come!

Probably haven't been balanced yet. I read somewhere that the herald is in the game files.
