The stuttering may also be caused by how the game streams data, particularly audio, from the medium. Try putting the game on a SSD or into a RAM disk (requires at least 12 GB physical RAM).

" That looks like a voltage issue. Had the same problem with my A10-7850K (crashed in Warcraft III though). I up'ed the voltage on my RAM, and now it works fine. | |
Concerning some of the replies here:
Nothing is clogging my fans. These are brand new cards and I run all other games flawlessly at 60+FPS. POE is the only game that runs like this. The cards are barely loaded as I watch them in MSI afterburner. MAYBE it is a voltage issue. I did undervolt the cards, but like I said before, all other games run perfectly. CPU is overclocked FX6300 @ 4.6GHz. Liquid cooled and running very cool. The game is on an SSD. I have 16 GB RAM. I will bump the voltage up and see what happens, but i don't have high hopes because I had similar problems on a previous AMD card that was not voltage modded. |

AMD cpu is the culprit here.
Never, ever use one. Intel laptop cpus are stronger than AMD desktop ones, and at half the power usage too. |

No problems here. For those curious:
CPU: AMD FX-8150 3.6 GHz RAM: 12GB OS: Windows 7 64Bit Video Card: AMD 7870. Although I have an SSD, PoE is installed on an HDD. |

Really? I barely lag with this crappy stock setup on my laptop - i5-4200u w/ hd4400. I do have a samsung 840 pro ssd in it though. The only thing that messes me up is when a person uses CoC/Discharge but weird thing is, it doesn't lag when I use CoC.
