Should life regen on items be buffed?
" Reflect on spiked shields was actually sort of powerful (for a time) on a necro aegis using summoner that was stackable with curses (including punishment), lightning thorns and shock (same spectre used thorns buff and arc so...) culminating in a final instability explosion. But it is a far cry from letting an infinite wave of block maxxed disposable minions leg hump brutus/kole/vaal map variants to death with reflect damage compared to what it means to do this on the character your trying to keep alive. +1, imo life regen should be a % , just like life leech ( with lower numbers).

I am fine with +life regen being a generally useless mod.
However, I would like to see it made into a mod valuable for certain builds, for example: Introduce passive nodes with "+XX% increased life regeneration from items". That, in my opinion, could be AWESOME! Rampage league
