Account not found

Hi support,
Recently I've decided to get back onto PoE, so I downloaded the client and patched and everything.
However, when I try to log in to the Singapore gateway, it states that my "Account does not exist".

How is this possible when I'm logged in to the web site, with all my characters showing but not existing in-game?

Please do help me check up on this. Thanks.
