Locked Instance/Player

So I don't know if this should go in here or in bugs but one of the members of the guild I am in is locked in a map instance we were playing together. When I click on the eternal lab the instance still shows up as "closed" even though I exited it four hours ago.
If you need the guild member's account name I can put it here or Tech Support can pm me for the info. The guildie still shows up in the guild list as being online and in the map.

Do YOU have an issue, or does the other person have the issue?

If it's the other person, then have them contact Support at the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page.

Both, I can still see the instance, it's not disappearing. I have no way to contact the guild member as I don't know how much they use the forum, far as I can tell their in game account is locked and they can't send or receive messages in game.
