Font bugs

I thought I’d stick my five cents, since I’ve encountered these problems for awhile now.

The apostrophe-based characters have obnoxious kerning:

‘’ “” ‘’ “

These have very large amounts of white space except when they appear immediately after „. Any amount of these characters can somewhat comfortably exist together after „, but when their sequence is broken by any other character, their kerning changes back to large white space. The small form of these characters looks very unfitting to the overall font of the chatroom, the large form looks very natural except for the ridiculous amount of white space adjacent them.
