Can you skip EB on Arc-witch if youre not taking AA? (just a quick question)

Can you skip EB on Arc witch if youre not taking AA, or will you still need that ES to Mana for casting without chugging potions every two steps you take?

I find mana problems to be one of the most disruptive fun/build breakers. I dont know if clarity and about +60% mana from passives will suffice when Arc+LP+AL reaches high levels or not as I dont have much experience with casters. Note that the reason Im asking is because Im going acrobatics and Id rather use pure EVA gear over EVA/ES if I can get away with it.

If you run base mana + level 20 clarity, you get a base regen of roughly 40 per second. That means +150% mana regen = 100 mana per second.

By comparison, my 5link arc costs like 160ish mana per second to run.

All the CI builds run Arc on a 4-link using the Vertex to offset the cost. You might want to think about using a Vertex if you can afford it.
