When friends try to pm me in game, the majority of the time it says that i'm offline. What's happened?

This may be a bug related to your character name being changed by the Support team.

Exmse we have notified the devs of this potential bug. It seems like what BurnOut posted is very likely.
Granted, I'm not a dev. I just wanted to let you know that we have notified the staff of this situation. Sonata Game needs monkey pets.
