Bloodseeker with Dual Strike?...

Can I get a definitive answer from someone that KNOWS, not thinks. I am dual striking with Bloodseeker in my offhand and a high dmg rare claw in my main hand. I let my life globe go down to about have way, then I attack. The life leech applies like normal (I think my Bloodseeker's dmg is applying instantly, but there is definitely speedy life regen), it is not instant.

Bloodseeker's instant LL doesn't seem to apply to both. Again, only want comments from someone that knows the answer, isn't speculating. Thanks.

you need to have Bloodseeker in your mainhand in order for both weapons to get the instant leech.

With cyclone you can use blood seeker in either hand and it works
