comming back to poe 66 duelist

hello i just comming back for a long time break to poe. there's so much changes and i dont know how to back to game properly. have 85 points to alocate and i mostly builded attack speed with dual strike(have double stike cause changed it by mistake). Can someone help me how to start and dont fail my char from begining?
