What determines the level of the daily quest?

" This so much. Every daily mission I do has monster level 36 and I am in my 50's. They are a total snore fest :/ I be that potion mixin', spell castin', dragon ridin' wizard. Got a 3 foot hat with a 6 foot beard, and it's only gettin' bigger. Put a staff up in my hand, and I'll shrink you down to size. All I need is a tail of a newt and some platypus eyes. cool tips../irony off. are there ppl out there which are so dumb that they cant easily figure out this stuff while levelling masters? is the thread for those? i dont understand.

" None of my masters have gained a level since I invited them to my hideout and began doing daily quests so how am I supposed to know this? I don't understand. I tried looking it up but there was no information about what determines level on the gamepedia page, forum, etc. Global chat is terrible, why would I want to join it? what happens to masters at league end? they transfer along with char to perm? Vorici can shove his fuse up his [removed]
