When Mobs attack

It is a minor annoyance that when you are listening to the new quest givers that you cannot attack mobs. So you have to spam click through the continue buttons or whatever else you do disengage the quest giver so you can kill that mob shooting you, then you have to "start all over" to hear what they are rambling about.

Clear the area before talking to the NPC.
