More than one character?

I was just wondering if I could have more than one character. I want to try all of the classes out, and possibly even multiple set-ups of classes, but I'm worried that I might only be able to have one character. I was just wondering is it only one, or if you can have many? If I can have more than one, just how many can I have up to?

By default you can have 24 characters (or maybe 36, not sure). Then you can also buy additional character slots to have infinite characters.

It is 24 characters for free per account.

You are allowed to have as many accounts as you want.

Also, if you do use up your 24 slots, you can always delete old characters to make room for new ones.

If anything, the game very much encourages you to make many different characters. Most of the 3/4 month leagues have had challenges that actually REQUIRE it in order to complete them. There's also short races which all require making a new character to participate.
