Why doesn't Elreon craft flat phys mod on jewerly? I have 6 level with him.

I also think this is stupid as my ring needs a prefix and there are very few available since I am a RT physical char..
yet Fire/Light/Cold are all there. crit is there. Where is the love for the RT physical chars? |
