[1.2.0] Freezing Pulse (LC, Spell Block, AA / EB / MoM)

HEy fellas, i got an idea for a freezing pulse build, which i will start momentarily. So everything after this point is theorycrafting.
My (currently expected) build with 97 points spent will be: Gear

Missing is a Doryanis Cold Belt as well as rings. I will just switch them out on the fly. With this gear, i will get close to max spellblock and i hope i will have enough protection against physical damage. Freezing Pulse
