Where are you ? Cause I am in beijing china and I get those dead hops too after reaching the last alive hop ( wich is the gateway ) And I think the Singapore GW is not working anymore, the performance is really poor from China and its ruining my gameplay...

Hey omendancer,
Those traces look incredibly unhealthy. Can you connect to Path of Exile and play? Or are you being consistently disconnected? Were these traces taken while you were experiencing your connection issue? This trace indicates that you are having issues between your ISP's hops that reach all the way to our servers, however this could just be heavy filtering of the WinMTR trace. Are you able to connect to another gateway temporarily and test your connection? You may need to run another WinMTR to your gateway while you play. Please let this WinMTR run for 300 packets sent while you experience your issue, and if a trace to your gateway looks identical to the traces you have given, you may need to instead run these traces to your instance server. These server IPs can be found at the bottom of your client.txt file. @chromafunk I have reviewed your thread now. Can you please post a WinMTR report of your trace to the singaporean gateway in your thread? From there we can hopefully identify the cause of your issue. Need Support? support@grindinggear.com.

So here's the WinMTR to the Aus login server - all looks pretty good (I'm getting most packet loss through my crappy vodafone router, though nothing major). Problem is, I'm getting spikes of up to 2000ms in the game

I have also been having a crap connection from auckland for the past week.
Running around pinging 60~ but then it spikes up to 300. Everything stops responding. i can still run around but the mobs in game disappear. when it unlags and i will be getting hit. Whilst this is going on i am able to listen to music online/refresh a website. The freeze's can but anything from 2 - 4 seconds, to 15seconds +. Fairly often have to exit out the game and relog in as it has completly lagged me out the game. When this happens the ping graph in game spikes up to over 2000ms. Below graph taken over 5mins where i experienced several of these lag spikes. eventually having to quit out of game. Trying to post as much info as possible here now as there is a genuine problem.It's currently 8.30 am and logged into the game I'm getting a consistent 32 - 46 ms latency in game.
The WinMTR trace below is pretty much identical to the one ran during peak hours last night (run while I was playing), except that last night I had a base 283ms latency with 10 - 15 second pauses making it completely unplayable.
