I've heard that the only crit that applies to spells is actual spell crit or global crit. I see you have a few points put into normal crit. It would be a shame to waste those points if in fact normal crit does not affect spells.
Can some one confirm or deny that this will be effective? (I've wondered this as well.) | |

Thank you, but I heard that all crit passive worked with both spell and melee/ranged.

Any passive that just says crit works with everything.
