Area loading Problems

i have a pretty high end pc and never had any loading issues but since the new 1.2 patch some areas (docks for example) are loading extremly slow.
The areas are not always loading slow i havent found a reason why they are suddenly loading so slowly.
normally i load areas in 2-5 sec and my (used) ram is at 3-4 gb
but sometimes it jumpes up to 7-9 gb (used) ram and it need like 20-30 sec to load the area .....

i uninstalled it already but the issue persists....

in combination with that issue an old one pops up again
if you click at the window while loading it seems like your grace period gets canceled
i thought you can´t get killed while in loading screen anymore but it happend twice to me already both in docks...
the client doesn´t seem to register that your pc hasn´t finished loading jet.
