Zana - Daily mission - Hideout portal closes too soon

If you complete the daily mission in Zana's Map and relog, you can't claim the reward in Zana's laboratory, as the portal in the Hideout is already closed.

Happened in a Necropolis map. The mission was to kill all corrupted mobs (blackguards). I cleared the map and it showed that the quest was complete. I didn't tp out of the map since i wanted to kill the boss first. When I realized that Merveil was hitting too hard I reloged. Back in the Hidout i couldn't get into the laboratory again. I also didnt get any reputation, as Zana was just about to reach level 4, which I was looking forward to.
