With the boring level 6 and under mods, it's easy to know which ones are prefixes and which ones are suffixes, because they're weaker versions of mods that can already appear on the base item. I'm assuming that the off-slot and unique mods that can be crafted are either a prefix or a suffix, do you have any idea which is which? I'd guess prefix for a lot of them, but I don't really know.

most of those 'special' mods are prefix, yes. can't yet tell for all tho.
