New spectre - enjoy while it lasts

More viable spectre choices is always welcomed. Increasing variety.

Due to the nature of these spectre a good 3L is more then enough. Fast cast + spell echo + RS is about the only things that works besides boosting their defenses with minion life or something.

Their AI is actually pretty good as well. Stays in the back casting SRS. Only problem I have with these guys is how hard it is to find Elreon in 66+ content with that specific quest.

I'm just imagining this in a dual SRS totem + self cast SRS build.

I have no links except low level minion damage for spectres. I am considering a different build now using them, the best part, it doesn't require many links to work.
