Ele crit Cleave Scion with Heralds+ aura

The plan is to play a scion with decent life which uses Cleave as his main attack, supported by heralds of ice and ashes for more ele damage maybe wrath hatred or anger too.
heralds would be supported by elemental polif to mass freeze ignite packs with high crit chance.
not sure if dual wield or 1h shield (dat rhyme).
what do you think about this idea and my skilltree so far?
