think they'll be wanting some video proof here, i'm sure this had been reported before, not only on shatter but on summoned skeletons(since the vanish in a puff of smoke) and the last i heard they had tested localy and were unable to reproduce it.
Possibly the animation is bugged and just not showing the hit but the damage is done(though i swear blind it's not) Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
