Extra Gore for Minions!

Any chance Extra Gore could be modified to apply to Minion Gems or something? I'd love for my Raging Spirits to have the extra gore effect, but it doesn't work when I apply it to the staff the gem is socketed in.

Blood for the blood god, skulls for the skull throne, etc.

Same request here - I have just bought the Extra Gore but it does not seem to work for my SRS. :(
