Remove stun lock to reduce rubberbanding
I had mentioned this a few months ago but didn't see any formal feedback.
Stun should be changed to still allow movement but should cancel and block all attacks or spells for a short period. This will reduce desync greatly for all players and make the game an overall better experience as the game and client won't desync each time this happens. I can post 100's of rubber band related deaths that could be avoided by this one simple game changing amendment that would increase game fluidity and combat.
