Remove stun lock to reduce rubberbanding

I had mentioned this a few months ago but didn't see any formal feedback.

Stun should be changed to still allow movement but should cancel and block all attacks or spells for a short period.

This will reduce desync greatly for all players and make the game an overall better experience as the game and client won't desync each time this happens.


I can post 100's of rubber band related deaths that could be avoided by this one simple game changing amendment that would increase game fluidity and combat.

Any thoughts on if this kind of change would fix this form of desync devs?
