Help for newbie?

Hello, I'm a new player and i need some help. I would like to know if there are some cheap and easy to play builds. I've been looking into builds in forums but I don't really understand what's happening and last time i tried making build myself i failed miserably :D . So if any of you could help me to find build i would really appreciate it. I don't care what class it is and I don't have any skill in mind that i would like to focus on. Thanks for help in advance.
