Quartz Flasks rework
i really love the idea of the Quartz Flask but i just think it's too weak to take over any other flask! this is why i would suggest following changes:
- make it a spammable flask! that will help you keep the (blue) mods you roll on it active 1. increase the duration from 5 to 7 seconds 2. lower the flask charges that you consume from 40 to 20 (60 is max charges) this could legitimize having one slot for a quartz flask and you could make use of the nice implict effect ("Your movement is not blocked by enemies") ign: ALLRAUDER
