Very much disagree. Go install D2 now, and then rush to uninstall ASAP after you launch it and see how dated it is.
This may be a "clone" but its worlds apart for gameplay & graphics. |

Ya definitely reminds me of D2 and i love it. but i also like what makes it unique ie. skills. It has the dark grittiness that D3 has moved away from

Yes the game has that dark atmosphere wich Blizzatard has long forgotten about , actually the dudes that made D3 where from Blizzard north that dosent exist anymore and all the developers that used to be there don't work for blizzard anymore.
Blizzard north started d 3 in 2000 right after Lord of Destruction exp, but in 2006 blizzard was not pleased with the game so they started again from scratch in 2006 with new people working on it , people that made wow unfortunately , and you can see a lot of Wow influences in d3 , colorful graphics , rainbows , smiling statues etc :)) That is not the atmosphere I enjoyed long ago playing d1 and 2. Perhaps its a modern and better D2 or maybe a better D3 :p I dont like automatic skill points :p

They dumbed down d3 so more casual aka dumb people can play it (also it's going to be available on consoles what a joke , so even the brain-dead masses that cant handle a computer can play it) ,
so they make more money , that's all they care about money. They become so famous that people just buy whatever they spit , even if it's just a big pile of overrated stylized crap , that's not even remotely similar to what the franchise used to be.
