From playing the beta.. i have noticed that: the ranged/spellcasting gameplay is fluid, visceral and fun. However - not a gameplay preference BUT the melee combat appears to be jolty and a little broken, this may be a lag issue or just purely because i'm expecting seemless combat from a beta.. E.G. i will attack a mob infront of me.. he will not die when the sword hits him, i don't know if it missed or another reason, when the mobs run on low hp the hits seem to have 0% hit chance when chasing.. Skills such as cleave seem to not work as intended again this could be a lag issue. (not hitting all in cone/ hitting behind not infront etc) Secondly: advanced graphical options.. It isn't enough to just change the resolution and make everything look awful every time i reach fps spikes on my okayish nv8600gt, 4gb, amd phen x4.. (no shadows, trilinear filtering, no aa, no PP @1680) are there plans for a more robust option menu? Thanks. I'm very impressed overall, just the only things i can think of that need helping along. | |
In the past few days I haven't seen any being given away but to start with there was lots, (disregarding timers) this must be purposeful. And that makes me a sad panda |
