@LimitedRooster: it's because Accuracy in this game is lame mechanic that scales off too early and Evasion is meant as a secondary defense system. It's no wonder why Dex have it the worst.

Have you tried Melee Physical Damage and Added Fire Damage with IB? I can imagine MPD/AFD boosting the DPH to a much higher level than Multistrike/FasterAttacks combo. MPD should be great for IB because it's a multiplicative damage booster that boosts the physical damage aspect of IB, thereby boosting the fire portion of the skill as well. AFD may be redundant.

I think using an IB setup with MPD, FasterAttacks, WED, Msplash, and BM could be a better combo for tough rares/unique bosses. The higher the damage, the lower damage absorption by enemy armor as they say.
