Thats why I asked for a source, not you just to tell me a dev said it again.
Also , if you could actually do the trade in hte forums, that would work, but to post the trade and do hte trade in game, too many hoops.
This is the only dev statement I've seen in regards to an AH. It doesn't really tell us anything though. The system they mention could just be the new NPC trade system for all we know.

Chris: Definitely. We'll have a nice trading system. The reason why we have no auction house is related to the fact that you didn't see any gold on your little play through earlier. There is actually gold in the game, but it's very limited. We can't go into too many details yet, but we want gold to be useful. The gold in Diablo 2 is relatively useless...

I really dont see why people "hate" a legit way of trading ,an auction house that simplify trading ..maybe because they fear allot more people will begin to trade their items to ?
All i have to say is that this game is to good to not have an auction house.

Trade messages make people ignore chat for the most part and they slows down servers.
Exactly ...spam in chat is ANNOYING ,an i completely ignore. I hope devs will implement an AH for this gmae because it is a waste not to have one. | |
