There is a known bug where you are able to use 2 Raise Zombie gems, even though this is not supposed to work. What happened in your case (I guess) is that it was working when the gems were different levels. When one of the gems leveled, it made their levels identical. The game then detected them as being the same and didn't permit you to have zombies from both of them. The bug is that if the gems are different levels, it permits zombies to be summoned from both gems. | Forum: Support & Bug Reports |
Data that I gathered rolling more than 700 fusings showed that the chance to link a 4 socket item should be around 1 in 16. The thread that was linked above explains how the game rolls the sockets for fusing, but the jeweler data and odds are definitely not the same as the odds for fusings. The curve looks different. | |
While I'm too lazy to go search the answer down, I'm nearly certain they have said that you will only be able to make rules more restrictive. In this case it means you could only make there be less drops, if you are given any control over drops at all. More likely might be rules enforcing ironman contests, restricting flask usage or other things like that. The real appeal in my mind regarding private leagues is the ability to control who gets into them. If PoE has hack, cheat, and dupe issues, a private league could be created where people agree to be kicked for any use of stuff like that. You could also have a private league where some of the fouler stuff that has been a staple of global chat was not permitted. |
